Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement solutions for the specific areas of the application owned by the team.
- Take full ownership of the team’s product components operating in the production environment.
- Continuously learn and apply system design principles to enhance application architecture.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and defects related to the solutions developed by the team.
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with cross-functional teams.
- Proactively identify and address gaps or issues in internal team communication practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in software development.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including C# and ASP.NET for web-based application development.
- Proficient in .NET/.NET Core, MVC architecture, and Web API development.
- Working knowledge of front-end technologies such as CSS and JavaScript, along with experience in at least one UI framework (e.g., Angular, React).
- Experience working with relational database systems, particularly SQL Server.
- Exposure to unit testing frameworks such as MSTest and QUnit.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in debugging and troubleshooting application issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across technical and business stakeholders.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud platforms.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps practices, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
