Key Responsibilities:
Reporting:
- Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards.
- Monitor compliance with KGS and onshore timesheets.
- Perform weekly and monthly reconciliation of various timesheets.
- Conduct variance analysis on a weekly, monthly, and year-to-date basis for IPT and Sync/SAP timesheets.
- Report weekly and monthly borrowed hours.
Project Management:
- Ensure accuracy and sanitization of timesheets.
- Publish a weekly list of timesheet defaulters.
- Monitor timesheet compliance by sending regular reminders and reconciling data to ensure corrections are reflected in relevant systems.
- Perform headcount reconciliation between KGS and onshore HR reports.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding of team members.
- Track and maintain data related to invoicing.
- Administer software and database licenses for business teams.
- Prepare and review Statements of Work (SOWs) and contractual agreements.
- Generate project codes based on SOWs for engagements and dedicated FTEs.
- Report hours for project billing, including lending and borrowing activities.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage proactively with relevant business units, HR, IT, Admin, and CPT to develop and prioritize requirements.
- Provide regular reports to key stakeholders on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.

- Meet or exceed all Personal Development Plan goals and objectives.
- Take responsibility for personal development needs and ensure professional growth objectives are achieved.
- Actively seek and act upon feedback to support continuous personal development.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in MS Excel with advanced knowledge.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI is an advantage but not mandatory.
