Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional, agile development teams to integrate quality into the development process, from requirement definition to the delivery of highly concurrent systems.
- Demonstrate a high level of motivation and a self-starter attitude in the workplace.
- Plan, develop, test, debug, and refactor new and existing functionalities.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into efficient code.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot both front-end and back-end components.
- Proactively identify issues and contribute to system architecture definition, hardware and software specifications, and design improvements.
- Work within a team using agile methodologies to ensure smooth collaboration and development.
- Conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code, and perform unit testing in collaboration with experienced team members.
- Serve as an integral part of the software development team, contributing to the design and implementation of high-quality solutions.
- Develop highly scalable and high-performance applications.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Stay updated with technological advancements and industry trends to incorporate best practices.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new software development methodologies and tools.
- Apply both interpersonal and technical skills to contribute effectively to project engagements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MCA, or a related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience in building, debugging, and redeveloping applications, with a deep understanding of open-source code and real-world software development.
- Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
- Practical experience working with one or more of the following: .NET/C#, JavaScript and its frameworks, and HTML/CSS.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Availability to work five days a week from the office.
- Willingness to join calls during late office hours to accommodate US time zone overlap.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in software development.
