Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a wide range of analytical tools and techniques for data mining, data cleansing, extraction, analysis, transformation, interpretation, and generating insights.
- Develop next-generation products and algorithmic solutions for merchants and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate independently with regional partners and customers to recommend appropriate solutions and deliver custom value analytics and actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on analytical findings and recommend enhancements.
- Enhance the data analytics infrastructure and improve analytical capabilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
Skills Required:
- Relevant Work Experience: 1–3 years
- Self-motivated with the ability to derive insights from data, recommend actionable steps, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to learn quickly and navigate unstructured projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication with globally distributed stakeholders.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in SQL/Hive and Python.
- Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VBA, and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) is a plus.
