Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and follow up on various CCO deliverables, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Incident Management, and Management Information reporting.
- Standardize operating instructions in collaboration with CCO team members.
- Establish strong working relationships with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds and effectively contribute within a globally dispersed team across different time zones.
- Provide support for additional CCO deliverables based on business and functional needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to learn and adapt to complex, multicultural team environments.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS SharePoint, MS Access, MS Visio, VBA, SQL, Macros, Python, workflow solutions, and data visualization tools.
