Accountabilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-standard programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers to define software requirements, develop solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
- Participate in code reviews, collaborate with peers, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on industry technology trends and innovations, actively contributing to the organization’s technology communities to foster technical excellence.
- Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure robust software security.
- Implement effective unit testing practices to enhance code design, readability, and reliability.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer with expertise in web development using C#, ASP.NET, and Angular.
- Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests with a strong interest in test-driven development.
- Solid understanding of common design patterns, software engineering fundamentals, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, including CI tools (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins), infrastructure/configuration management (e.g., Chef), and deployment automation.
- Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git), issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA), and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience or knowledge of working with relational databases, preferably MS SQL Server and T-SQL.
- Familiarity with code quality tools such as SonarQube and Veracode.
- Exposure to Pub/Sub messaging systems like WebSphereMQ or RabbitMQ.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
