Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and ensure the quality of complex product features by focusing on design, coding, automated testing, and quality assurance within a development team.
- Understand the business context of SAP service delivery by gaining in-depth knowledge of services like MaxAttention, Enterprise Support, and Preferred Success.
- Analyze and resolve complex software issues by working on both existing and new codebases to optimize performance and solve technical challenges.
- Apply Agile Software Engineering and DevOps principles to drive continuous delivery and process improvements through agile methodologies.
- Collaborate with all process stakeholders including Product Owners, Architects, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Developers, User Assistance Developers, and DevOps teams to ensure a seamless development process.
- Deliver high-quality results with enthusiasm and commitment, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Build future-proof products using state-of-the-art technologies to create sustainable, scalable, and innovative solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (BE/BTech, MCA/MTech). Graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of programming experience with proficiency or interest in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Hands-on experience with modern development tools and frameworks, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, as well as technologies like Maven and Node.js.
- Willingness to learn and work with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.
- Fundamental knowledge of automated testing, quality assurance, and code review processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to delivering high-quality results.
