Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Technical Scope Handling
- Oversee the technical scope of the project, ensuring alignment with requirements at all stages.
- Gather and analyze data from various sources, including data warehouses, databases, and data integration models, to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop and implement record management processes and policies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their requirements at all levels.
- Provide sales data, proposals, data insights, and account reviews to clients.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and automate processes.
- Set up and manage automated data processes to streamline operations.
- Evaluate and integrate external tools and services for data validation and cleansing.
- Produce and monitor key performance indicators to assess business performance.
Data Analysis & Insights Generation
- Collaborate with internal and external clients to understand data content and business needs.
- Design and conduct surveys, analyzing results to meet customer requirements.
- Interpret complex datasets related to customer business operations and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders using business analytics tools.
- Develop data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to illustrate business performance and benchmark against industry competitors.
- Extract insights from large datasets, draw meaningful inferences, and present findings to management using reporting tools.
- Build predictive models and provide data-driven insights tailored to client needs.
