Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clean, well-documented code and designs that are easy to understand and maintain.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the highest technical and functional standards.
- Identify, resolve, and take ownership of in-sprint defects and post-release production issues with high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with Project Managers (PMs), Architects, and Business Analysts (BAs) to align technical and functional requirements with project goals.
- Work closely with DevOps and cross-functional teams to support seamless project execution and delivery.
- Conduct regular code reviews, enforce coding best practices, and maintain efficient source control and delivery processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or Information Technology (graduation or post-graduation in 2024 or 2025) from a reputable university with a minimum aggregate of 60%.
- 0-1 year of hands-on experience with a strong foundation in programming languages such as Python or Java.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive “Trouble the Trouble” attitude.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their practical applications.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and master emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for web technologies, coupled with a positive attitude and a drive to push personal and technical boundaries.
