Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of the product.
- Plan and oversee end-to-end content development activities.
- Create and organize easy-to-understand online help manuals.
- Review content with the editorial team and key stakeholders for accuracy and clarity.
- Evaluate manuals by testing them with user personas to ensure usability.
- Standardize content across multiple platforms for consistency.
- Update and revise documents as needed to reflect changes and improvements.
- Develop and publish SEO-optimized, relevant, and compelling content.
- Contribute to creating rich content resources, including articles, eBooks, infographics, solution guides, webinars, and videos to educate business owners and enhance awareness.
- Identify the most effective channels for content promotion.
- Measure and analyze content performance using key metrics to improve quality and incorporate insights for future content strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in technical writing for software documentation.
- Excellent proficiency in written English.
- Expertise in using MS Word, Zoho Writer, and online help authoring tools.
- Strong understanding of web technologies and applications.
- Ability to quickly grasp domain-specific and technical concepts.
- Skilled in thinking from a user’s perspective to create user-friendly content.
- Patience and perseverance to refine content through an iterative approach.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Passionate about writing and content creation.
