Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis and gather detailed requirements.
- Ensure project documentation aligns with the team’s governance framework standards.
- Design, develop, and test RPA solutions using industry-leading tools.
- Maintain and support existing RPA solutions to ensure seamless operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes.
- Document RPA processes and provide training to end-users.
- Continuously monitor and optimize RPA solutions for improved performance and efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day project deliverables, including providing status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and address potential risks that could impact project success.
- Provide technological support to the Legal & Compliance team for key applications essential to daily operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of Legal and Compliance processes.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for working with large data sets.
- Keen attention to detail with excellent data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment while also being capable of working independently.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of taking initiative with a “can-do” attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and assignments while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced global project environment.
- Preferred experience with Excel VBA, SQL, Unqork, Archer, Aladdin data tables, and Port Groups.
- Passion for technology and a commitment to staying updated on emerging tools that can enhance processes.
