Key Responsibilities:
- Create and analyze functional specifications, including both “As-Is” and “To-Be” states, using the Global Process Structure (GPS).
- Gather business needs from stakeholders and translate them into clear user stories or other business artifacts.
- Organize and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to collect requirements and draft “To-Be” process flows.
- Ensure that requirements and user stories are accurately mapped to the appropriate processes.
- Define proper acceptance criteria to validate business requirements.
- Map each requirement to business and product KPIs, ensuring measurement mechanisms are in place; collaborate with development teams to design and implement measurements when needed.
- Analyze measured data and work with product managers to propose improvements to global processes driven by the product.
- Support development teams in designing solutions based on documented requirements (user stories).
- Provide clear and detailed user stories for developers to build and implement technology solutions.
- Assist in the rollout of newly developed products.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Integrate multiple systems while reconciling the needs of different teams.
- Prepare and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.
- Develop and deliver training sessions following successful User Acceptance Testing.
- Provide post-go-live support, identifying opportunities for new user stories and product improvements.
- Stay updated with emerging technology trends and developments.
- Serve as a backup for the Product Manager, Head of Product, or Scrum Master when required.
