Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Strategic Buyer by managing tasks within a ticket-based system.
- Create and update purchase documents while coordinating with requesters to resolve any issues.
- Initiate RFX sourcing events in the system and follow up on bids.
- Handle invoice clearance and provide support for invoice-related queries.
- Manage vendor onboarding processes and facilitate NDA creation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Graduate degree, preferably in Finance, Procurement, or Computer Science.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Procurement, and related fields.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A passion for continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
