Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines to facilitate continuous integration, deployment, and delivery of the Ansible Automation Platform.
- Manage and enhance the AAP Testing Framework to ensure comprehensive automated testing coverage across all product components.
- Collaborate with platform engineering and delivery teams to integrate CI/CD processes with existing DevOps tools and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CI/CD processes and automated testing, providing technical support to delivery teams as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in a programming language such as Python or Go.
- Strong background in Linux or UNIX operating systems.
- Hands-on experience or practical knowledge in configuring CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working in a globally distributed team and effectively communicating across different teams.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and contribute meaningfully.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Practical knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Red Hat’s Ansible Automation Platform.
- Experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes or OpenShift, as well as virtualization and distributed systems.
- Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience using Ansible as an automation tool.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum for software development.
