Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated monitoring solutions to detect anomalies and trigger alerts.
- Write Epics and User Stories while defining clear Acceptance Criteria.
- Assist teams in refining and delivering user stories by conducting groundwork, including data mapping, detailed requirement analysis, and obtaining access credentials.
- Collaborate with team leads to prioritize, clarify, and validate work completion.
- Document and catalog solutions, products, and analyze usage patterns in collaboration with team leads.
- Identify opportunities for experimentation, rapid prototyping, and innovation within the team.
- Support the creation of automated test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
- Work closely with connectivity and infrastructure teams to integrate automation systems with existing tools and workflows.
- Continuously enhance automation solutions by optimizing performance, reducing downtime, and minimizing errors.
- Prepare and maintain relevant reporting documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Schedule and coordinate project updates while collaborating with other business areas.
- Support and coordinate internal updates and cross-departmental communications as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including requirements gathering and workshop facilitation.
- Commitment to delivering value efficiently by finding creative solutions to overcome delivery challenges.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience in writing User Stories.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience working with the ServiceNow IT portal and related applications.
- Knowledge of financial markets and data analytics.
