Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of various operations across the ROC.
- Design and develop highly available dashboards and metrics using SQL, Excel, and Quicksight.
- Analyze stakeholder requirements and align them with relevant data sources and the data warehouse.
- Own the delivery and backup of periodic metrics and dashboards for the leadership team.
- Identify trends and anomalies by drawing insights, creating dashboards, and visualizing processed data.
- Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects to enhance operational performance.
- Conduct business analysis and execute data queries using appropriate analytical tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business, engineering, and partner teams, ensuring alignment with the focus area.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in defining requirements and leveraging data and metrics to derive business insights.
- Proficiency in SQL.
