Key Responsibilities:
- Define requirements management processes and design detailed business solutions based on business needs, while constructively challenging business intent.
- Identify areas of impact on the target operating model and implement activities to mitigate potential challenges.
- Manage requirements traceability throughout the design and delivery phases.
- Utilize financial expertise to develop high-level business cases, considering investments and anticipated benefits.
- Oversee change implementation activities, including business readiness assessments, implementation pilots, and execution, while tracking status and issues.
- Manage stakeholder engagement through the commitment curve with effective communication, training, and development strategies.
- Support process reengineering initiatives by providing detailed guidance on process design, considering risk, cost, and end-to-end efficiency.
- Assist program management in assessing the impact of change requests on design, scope, timeline, budget, and effort, while providing accurate estimates for new requirements and design modifications.
- Support project and program resourcing activities, allocating tasks and objectives to analysts as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong knowledge of change frameworks and delivery methodologies, including Agile techniques.
- Deep understanding of group structures, processes, and business objectives.
- Strong awareness of the external environment, including regulatory, political, and competitive landscapes.
- Expertise in process management and re-engineering.
- Proficiency in business analysis, requirements gathering, and design techniques.
- Knowledge of change management and implementation management methodologies.
- Experience in gathering requirements and conducting design activities across business, operations, and technology-focused projects.
- Exposure to business case development with a strong understanding of how design enablers drive business benefits.
- Extensive experience in delivering change across various banking environments, including branches, contact centers, trading floors, operations, and corporate offices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Experience in resource management, including communication, delegation, and planning skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead teams using appropriate management styles.
- Proven capability to work across multiple regions while maintaining a global perspective.
- Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and business sponsors.
