Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize engineering principles to identify, assess, and mitigate risk by implementing quantitative and technical risk management solutions in software.
- Develop strong relationships with key business partners and gain a deep understanding of financial markets and liquidity management strategies to enhance treasury systems and processes.
- Leverage analytics to drive commercial outcomes and deliver clear, precise communication of insights.
- Analyze business needs, facilitate process workflows, define data requirements, and develop specifications to support implementation.
- Design and implement scalable software architecture, adhering to the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and platforms to strategize and develop optimal technology solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to create real-time impact and deliver products with the highest commercial value.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in software development with a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, software design, and core programming concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple stakeholders, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to both technical and business audiences and working in a global environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for problem-solving and product development.
- Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong programming experience in at least one compiled language, such as SLANG, Java, or Python.
- Experience in designing highly scalable and efficient systems.
- Web technology design experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial markets, financial assets, and liquidity management is an added advantage.
