Position Description:
- Develop project codes based on business requirements while adhering to standard operating procedures and project setup guidelines.
- Manage project code administration, including updates or modifications requested by the business as part of ongoing activities.
- Ensure accurate project member assignments, employee rate card updates, and modifications in project billing setup as per business requirements.
- Adapt to changes in project setup rules and provide guidance or education to the business as needed.
- Understand project parameters and their impact on billing and revenue.
- Possess knowledge of the billing process to ensure accurate financial transactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in billing or accounts receivable processes.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft ERP is preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts (currently no night shifts).
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Excel, with strong analytical and email writing skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions while effectively resolving problems.
- Strategic thinking capabilities to support business objectives.
- Strong communication skills for both internal and external interactions.
