Key Responsibilities:
- Data Preprocessing:
- Understand complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Clean, transform, and organize raw data to ensure its suitability for analysis.
- Design and build data structures to enable efficient analytics.
- Visual Reporting:
- Develop, execute, and consolidate visual reports, dashboards, scorecards, and review packs to present data insights effectively.
- Model Development:
- Build statistical or machine learning models to derive valuable insights for business problems.
- Continuously review, enhance, and optimize existing models to improve performance.
- Problem-Solving:
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders to analyze data and support problem-solving in the supply chain and product configuration domain.
- Project Management:
- Lead the development and implementation of data science models, such as forecasting, regression, and simulation.
- Manage the full lifecycle of analytics projects, ensuring rigorous evaluation, feedback, and thought leadership in the supply chain and product configuration domain.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or Mathematics from a top-tier institute (Mandatory).
Technical Skills:
- Strong process and domain knowledge in finance, supply chain, and product configuration.
- Ability to analyze complex business information from multiple perspectives to support strategic decision-making.
- Extensive knowledge of analytics, data science, and machine learning principles, both in theory and practice.
- High proficiency in AI-powered insight tools and engines, with the ability to apply them to real-time problems.
- Hands-on experience with agile software development lifecycle and project management.
- Proficiency in the following tools and technologies:
- Programming Languages: Python, R, SAS, SQL
- Statistics and Probability: Fundamental concepts and advanced data science algorithms, including NLP
- Database Management: Oracle, SQL Server, SAP ERP
- Machine Learning and Data Science Concepts

- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify data patterns, distributions, and perform statistical analyses.
