Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within an Agile team to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and enhancements.
- Develop and implement new features, modules, and functionalities, ensuring they meet quality standards and project timelines.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions to enhance product capabilities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, tooling enhancements, and best practices to optimize development workflows.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure product reliability and robustness.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to coding standards, and the implementation of best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Required Skills:
- Experience in Java development using frameworks like Spring and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in Node.js development.
- Experience working with NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience in UI development.
- Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of microservices-based architectures and solutions.
- Experience with AWS services, including API Gateway, Lambda, ECS, CloudFormation, and VPC.
- Proficiency in development tools such as Ant, Maven, and SonarQube.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or GitHub.
- Ability to quickly grasp concepts, analyze problems, and provide innovative solutions.
- Good knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing.
