Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Design, develop, test, and document software applications.
- Analyze and troubleshoot existing code to identify and resolve errors effectively.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet required standards and user expectations.
- Create and maintain test cases covering functional, integration, performance, and usability aspects of the software.
- Enhance documentation of processes and systems for improved clarity and efficiency.
- Gain familiarity with Agile methodologies and actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
- Follow a hybrid work schedule with three remote workdays and two in-office days.
- A 30-day notice period is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of core software development concepts, including data structures, object-oriented programming, and n-tier architectures.
- Proficiency in writing unit tests and debugging code.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and effectively using team development tools such as issue tracking and source control.
- Knowledge of Atom architecture principles, focusing on scalability, flexibility, stability, and simplicity.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with front-end and/or back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, Angular, React, Node.js, .NET, Java, Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript, Shell scripting, and Python.
- Basic understanding of software development fundamentals, including modularization and object-oriented design principles.
