Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for improvement by gathering and analyzing relevant data and information.
- Develop and implement high-quality Operations Research (OR) solutions while maintaining proper documentation to ensure seamless workflows and code reusability.
- Structure and communicate insights effectively from various workstreams, delivering clear and professional presentations to teams, team leaders, managers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular technical coordination and reviews with stakeholders, ensuring timely reporting and escalation of any issues as needed.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or Economics.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong foundation in Operations Research (OR) concepts, including Linear Programming (LP), Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP), Markov Decision Processes (MDP), and metaheuristics (e.g., Genetic Algorithms (GA) and Ant Colony Optimization (ACO)).
- Must be legally authorized to work in India without employer sponsorship.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Successful completion of the interview process is required to meet job qualifications.
- Reliable and punctual attendance is an essential requirement of the role.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in Operations Research or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience working with optimization solvers such as Gurobi and CPLEX.
- Experience designing algorithms or heuristics to efficiently solve OR formulations in an academic or industry setting.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, R, or Python.
- Theoretical and practical expertise in AI/ML modeling.
