Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and map data points from various sources, including manual sources like Excel and platforms such as Salesforce and Tableau.
- Generate comprehensive and consistent reports to provide insights into sales performance, operations, and long-term industrial capacity.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources into a single, accessible platform for improved data management.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Maintain and update data systems and databases as needed.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support data-driven decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and implement long-term upstream supply chain reports to optimize raw material requirement planning.
- Monitor and analyze long-term supply chain requirements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on supply chain goals and objectives.
- Forecast demand and production capacity levels to support business needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst, Supply Chain Planner, or similar role.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools such as Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
Preferred skills:
- Knowledge of database management systems is a plus.
