Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and designing business processes and provide recommendations to enhance and support business activities.
- Analyze and document client business requirements and processes, translating them into basic conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates, for technical teams.
- Create basic test scenarios to validate business applications and ensure client requirements are effectively incorporated into system design.
- Develop and modify system requirements documentation to align with client needs.
- Participate in client meetings to gather and document requirements while exploring potential solutions.
- Execute system tests based on existing test plans and assist in analyzing test results at various project phases.
- Participate in technical reviews and inspections to ensure intended changes are accurately implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three or more years of experience in business analysis.
- Experience in interfacing information technology with functional teams within an organization.
- Familiarity with business processes and re-engineering methodologies.
- Understanding of computer programming concepts and basic programming languages.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
