Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and designing business processes and provide recommendations to enhance and support business activities.
  • Analyze and document client business requirements and processes, translating them into basic conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates, for technical teams.
  • Create basic test scenarios to validate business applications and ensure client requirements are effectively incorporated into system design.
  • Develop and modify system requirements documentation to align with client needs.
  • Participate in client meetings to gather and document requirements while exploring potential solutions.
  • Execute system tests based on existing test plans and assist in analyzing test results at various project phases.
  • Participate in technical reviews and inspections to ensure intended changes are accurately implemented throughout the project lifecycle.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three or more years of experience in business analysis.
  • Experience in interfacing information technology with functional teams within an organization.
  • Familiarity with business processes and re-engineering methodologies.
  • Understanding of computer programming concepts and basic programming languages.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers and team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective presentation skills for engaging with management and customers.
