Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer specifications and inputs to identify project scope.
- Adhere to departmental and PMO processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Generate project documents and drawings as per requirements.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of project documentation.
- Prepare enquiry datasheets and material requisitions (MR) for long-lead mechanical items.
- Maintain and manage quality records effectively.
- Participate in Pre-FAT and FAT with customers to ensure compliance.
- Prepare as-built documentation and hand over to the services team.
- Perform engineering calculations, including pressure drop/head loss, pipe wall thickness, and lifting lug calculations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of oil and gas industry equipment, instruments, piping, and structural work.
- Familiarity with piping and structural welding, as well as non-destructive testing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver effective and innovative solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proactive approach in conducting inspections and addressing critical issues to ensure quality results and project completion.
- Passion for project work, including managing orders, addressing concerns, and ensuring successful outcomes.
- Ability to provide ideas and suggestions for budget optimization and cost improvements.
