Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop systems and applications with agility and high quality.
- Take end-to-end ownership of tasks, from development to production.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and launch of key product features.
- Actively participate in code reviews and collaborate closely with other engineers.
- Drive best practices and continuous improvements in engineering processes.
- Identify and resolve issues across various operating systems and programming languages.
- Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept for iterative development.
- Work effectively with product development and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers in strong design principles and implementation practices.
- Support the hiring and development of technical talent within the organization.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0-3 years of experience in software development or programming, focusing on scalable backends (Applicable to 2024, 2023, and 2022 graduates).
- Experience in developing stable and high-performance software at scale.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language: Ruby, Node.js, Python, Java, or C/C++.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, and networking concepts.
- Ability to work on Windows and Linux platforms beyond the application layer, including file systems, kernels, custom installations, scripting, and internal APIs.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving abilities.
- A startup mindset with a high willingness to learn, adaptability, and a strong work ethic.
