Key Responsibilities:
Core Operational Support:
- Manage exception handling across data quality functions for all asset classes and regions (APAC/EMEA/NY).
- Analyze consumer queries, identify issues, and recommend remediation strategies.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of reporting.
- Conduct root cause analysis for exceptions and escalate significant issues to senior management to maintain data quality standards.
- Participate in project remediation tasks, including daily conference calls for global working groups and business updates.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance system architecture, improving Straight Through Processing (STP) and data quality.
- Work closely with technology teams to design system solutions aimed at automating exception processes and improving accuracy, timeliness, and coverage.
- Oversee issue resolution on projects to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Draft and update project support documents, including business requirements, functional specifications, operating models, and test plans.
- Conduct user acceptance testing for change request deployment.
People Management:
- Foster an environment where people management and development are prioritized.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to direct reports and colleagues as needed.
- Actively support business strategies, goals, and values to contribute to a high-performance culture.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Finance.
- Prior experience in Middle Office/Back Office operations or Reference Data management is preferred.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the Instrument Reference Data domain is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues effectively.
- Ability to learn and understand multiple business areas due to the cross-asset nature of the team; prior knowledge of one or more asset classes is preferred.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under high-pressure situations.
- Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to escalate issues appropriately and handle high-risk situations promptly.
- Proactive and self-driven approach to continuously improve processes and performance.
- Experience in project management and knowledge of SQL is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on maintaining controls and minimizing risks.
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is preferred.

- Strong client and consumer focus to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Ability to identify and prioritize multiple tasks that carry potential operational risks and profit/loss impact in a high-pressure environment.
