Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Finance Operations by collecting operational data, generating reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling financial transactions.
- Apply general accounting practices to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Support Risk Management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks through contingency planning and proactive issue resolution.
- Follow an agile approach to integrate risk management into scrum roles, artifacts, and events for continuous project delivery.
- Solve routine problems by referring to established guidelines and precedents.
- Interact primarily with team members and direct supervisors for task execution.
- Follow detailed instructions to complete assigned tasks with accuracy.
- Make decisions within a predefined scope, with close supervision and guidance.
- Work as an individual contributor within a team, handling tasks with a narrow, predefined focus.
- Be prepared to work in rotational shifts as required by the role.
