Key Responsibilities:
Your Role:
- Provide efficient and professional support to PTC’s global customers during India business hours by leveraging expertise in PTC’s PLM product, Windchill.
- Troubleshoot, clarify, communicate, and document solutions for medium to advanced customer issues with increasing autonomy.
- Contribute to the PTC Knowledgebase by authoring technical articles that capture best practices, troubleshooting methodologies, and resolutions.

Your Team:
- Be part of a highly experienced and energetic Windchill PLM support team based in Pune, India, supporting customers across Asia.
- Help deliver technical solutions that empower customers to develop best-in-class products and maximize the value of PLM solutions.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Provide support services to assist customers and field staff with configuration and troubleshooting of installation and functionality issues in Windchill products.
- Deliver a customer-centric service by understanding customer issues, leveraging PTC product knowledge, and applying support service processes.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of Windchill installation and functionality issues while continuously enhancing the PTC Knowledgebase.
- Create software configurations, replicate issues, investigate technical problems, and track resolutions in collaboration with teams such as R&D and QA.
- Effectively communicate issue resolutions to customers.
- Focus on professional development, mentor junior team members as experience grows, and contribute to technical support projects and functional teams.
- Assist in creating and implementing technical training and documentation.
- Collaborate with global teams to provide top-tier support for mission-critical customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (B.E.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics & Telecommunication (E&TC), or a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA).
- 0 to 2 years of experience in Windchill functionality and configuration, or recent graduates with relevant knowledge.
- Proficiency in Java and database management is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic user-level experience in Unix/Windows with fundamental administration knowledge.
Preferred skills:
- Basic understanding of networking is a plus.
- Oracle Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) or Oracle Certified DBA certification is an added advantage.
