Key Responsibilities:
- Support S&P Global’s critical CRM system to ensure operational excellence in Commercial Operations.
- Collaborate with end users, product owners, and development teams across Order-to-Cash tools, Salesforce, and Entitlements teams.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
- Actively contribute to the technical support team by managing and resolving critical incidents.
- Assist in the creation of comprehensive technical documentation.
- Execute the Month-End Close process effectively by collaborating with various stakeholders and addressing any impediments.
- Supervise resource activities and facilitate a smooth workflow for seamless service delivery.
- Develop Knowledge Base articles, Playbooks, and technical documentation.
- Identify opportunities for functional improvements and system enhancements to optimize technology usage.
- Monitor user feedback and areas of concern, collaborating with the Scrum team and Product Owner to suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with industry best practices to enhance service standards and delivery.
- Understand the end-to-end solution architecture and system integrations.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and conduct research to identify trends that can drive maximum efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Salesforce and/or in a technical support role in a related field.
- Basic understanding of Agile best practices.
- Strong knowledge of development environments and testing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate problems and provide comprehensive solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Experience collaborating with clients to enhance business processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of CPQ or other Order-to-Cash (OTC) applications is an added advantage.
- Understanding of the role of a Business Analyst in a support team.
- Familiarity with Salesforce applications, including Opportunity Management or Quote Management implementation, is a plus.
