Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as an L1 Technical Support Engineer, handling customer queries via voice and email regarding technical issues.
- Provide technical assistance to clients by referring to the knowledge base (KB) for workarounds or resolutions.
- Gather necessary logs, observations, and information to support L2/L3 teams in diagnosing escalated issues.
- Offer technical and operational support for enterprise clients, including troubleshooting, ticket management, support case acknowledgments, and provisioning activities.
- Assist customers via phone and email by answering product-related queries and offering technical guidance.
- Collaborate with remote and international support teams, ensuring seamless 24×7 support operations.
- Handle ticketing system updates, tracking issues, and following up on resolutions.
- Work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends, as part of a 24/7 support model.
- Maintain regular monitoring, status updates, and communication with management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, with 0-1 year of experience in L1 technical support.
- Basic knowledge of SQL queries for troubleshooting and analysis.
- Multi-OS expertise, including Windows and Unix environments.
- Strong multitasking abilities, particularly in handling multiple tickets and follow-ups.
- Client interaction experience with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong technical aptitude, planning skills, and problem-solving ability.
