Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 application support and ensure the successful delivery of financial transaction banking applications.
- Collaborate with vendors to support and deliver local and regulatory applications.
- Develop a strong understanding of the India Payment Factory flow.
- Work closely with Compliance and Risk teams to ensure timely submission of regulatory and internal audit requirements and actions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field with a strong understanding of databases.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
- Willingness to adopt and work with emerging technologies, such as cloud computing.
- Basic knowledge of networking and cloud computing (preferred).
- Effective time management skills.
