Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve merchant queries and tickets via Freshdesk and phone calls.
- Ensure quick response times while maintaining proper ticket categorization.
- Identify and assess merchant needs to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver high-quality resolutions.
- Adhere to established communication procedures and guidelines.
- Proactively engage with customers to enhance their experience and ensure satisfaction.
- Gather feedback from merchants and relay it to relevant stakeholders for impactful solutions.
- Collaborate with some of the largest emerging businesses in the country.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum qualification).
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts between 9 AM and 9 PM.
- Experience in monitoring transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Proficiency in handling both email and voice-based customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Keen attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
