Key Responsibilities:
- Develop models for the entire retail credit lifecycle.
- Enhance existing algorithms and create new proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions.
- Drive meaningful product improvements through rigorous data-driven solutions.
- Conduct research and implement PoCs into data products.
- Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and data scientists to address complex data challenges.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience working in a data science team within a credit institution.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in a STEM field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering).
- Strong proficiency in data science tools, including Python programming, SQL, and production tools.
- In-depth understanding of probability and statistical fundamentals.
- Ability to analyze problems holistically, conduct research, and identify effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with Product Owners and business leaders.
