Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and innovative ways of working, including digital solutions, SBO, real-time data-driven optimization, and risk management, as well as global programs like the Human Performance-Based Safety Philosophy.
- Provide performance feedback and ensure disciplined execution to achieve reliable and predictable results.
- Assist businesses in developing improvement plans and provide support for their successful execution.
- Sustain long-term performance by strengthening core capabilities, both internal (including SBO) and contingent, through expertise development and a consistent company-wide approach.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresh graduates with a university degree in Engineering or a related oil and gas field are welcome.
- Proficiency in MATLAB and Python for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Spotfire or Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with superiors, colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and independent worker with strong collaboration skills, capable of building effective relationships with asset production teams while working remotely.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely delivery of responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken (preferred).
- Adaptable to change with a demonstrated track record of initiative, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of the oil and gas domain.
- Proficiency in data handling and data analytics for reporting and KPI tracking.
- Knowledge of data security, entitlements, and compliance obligations.
- Ability to demonstrate and promote a continuous improvement mindset through standardization and automation.
- Flexibility to work across multiple time zones, including odd hours as required.
- Expertise in identifying production and deferment trends using PI and EC data, with the ability to reconcile data for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Capability to standardize essential processes, documentations, and work instructions.
- Strong written communication skills for creating clear, concise, and effective business communications for stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing business visualizations using Power BI or Excel to support data-driven decision-making (preferred).
- Ability to provide proactive and business-critical insights to team managers and deliver impactful business presentations.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work under stringent deadlines.
- Ability to work independently without supervision, lead projects, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Willingness to share best practices within the team at regular intervals and continuously learn new skills to support business needs.
- Capability to take action points, summarize key takeaways, and document MoMs from meetings, sessions, and webcasts, ensuring timely execution based on business priorities.
