Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance and availability of cloud infrastructure using industry-standard tools and dashboards.
- Incident Management:
- Respond promptly to alerts and incidents triggered by monitoring systems or tools like PagerDuty.
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams following established protocols.
- Assist in root cause analysis and document incidents effectively.
- Communication: Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records by updating runbooks, logs, and incident reports.
- Learning & Improvement:
- Gain hands-on experience with monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and operational workflows.
- Contribute ideas to enhance monitoring processes and incident management strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of cloud technologies and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, incident management systems, or platforms like PagerDuty (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
