Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop data analytics solutions primarily using Python, with exposure to Power BI.
- Participate in the ETL process by leveraging Python to manipulate and prepare data for analysis.
- Assist in creating dashboards and reports in Power BI to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify insights, trends, and patterns within datasets.
- Collaborate with teams to gather data requirements and deliver customized analytics solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and cleansing techniques.
- Document analytics workflows and insights to support knowledge transfer and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in data analytics and visualization technologies.
- Educate business users on analytics tools and methodologies to enhance data literacy.
- Support business development initiatives by assisting with proposal creation and related activities.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional tasks as required to support the team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong foundational knowledge of Python programming for data analysis, with experience gained through academic projects or internships being highly valued.
- Familiarity with Power BI or a willingness to learn and develop skills in creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Basic understanding of SQL and hands-on experience with relational databases.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to process and interpret complex data accurately and efficiently.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
