Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data loading and transformation tasks to support analytical and operational requirements.
- Utilize various methods for parsing, formatting, and transforming data into standardized units for analysis.
- Develop and implement logical and physical data models aligned with Master Data Management (MDM) best practices.
- Integrate data from multiple sources and formats into a master data load process.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using at least one ETL tool for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels.
- Identify and address downstream implications of data loads and migrations, including data quality and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, influence decision-making, and take a strategic approach to data management initiatives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years of work experience.
- Hands-on experience with database technologies and ETL tools, including Databricks Workflows using PySpark/Python, with the ability to learn new technologies.
- Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries and working with databases.
- Ability to translate analytical problems into data requirements.
- Understanding of logical and physical data models, big data storage architecture, data modeling methodologies, metadata management, master data management, data lineage, and data profiling.
- Awareness of the evolving technology landscape, staying updated on current trends and emerging technologies, and contributing innovative ideas to the team.
