Key Responsibilities:

  • Research & Insights: Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in product offerings. Gather qualitative and quantitative data through user interviews and surveys to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Product Roadmap Support: Assist Product Managers in developing and maintaining product roadmaps. Provide data-driven insights to support feature prioritization and contribute to actionable implementation plans.
  • User Feedback & Testing: Participate in user testing sessions to validate new product concepts and features. Collect and analyze feedback, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product requirements, timelines, and goals. Support the release process, including documentation, stakeholder updates, and go-to-market planning.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare regular reports on product performance, feature usage, and progress against key milestones. Maintain organized records of product decisions, user feedback, and testing outcomes to support continuous improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, agile product environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with research methods such as surveys and user interviews, as well as core product management concepts.
  • Exposure to product analytics or project management tools like Jira, Trello, or product roadmap tools.
  • Ability to interpret basic user metrics (e.g., engagement, retention) and present findings clearly and concisely.
