Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy and Program Management:
- Analyze key business challenges and strategic priorities to identify gaps and potential opportunities.
- Drive end-to-end problem identification, solution development, and execution to achieve measurable impact.
- Set goals aligned with key metrics, track performance, and manage cross-functional execution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure targets are achieved.
Problem Solving and Analysis:
- Lead special time-sensitive initiatives requiring first-principle thinking and domain/functional expertise.
- Navigate ambiguity and perform root cause analyses for critical business metrics.
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate the impact of various initiatives on business metrics (e.g., NMV, orders per DAU) and provide actionable insights to guide decisions.
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Present insights to stakeholders to drive desired outcomes effectively.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on business performance across projects, facilitating discussions and progress tracking.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Category Marketing, and Business Finance for weekly/monthly reviews.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institute.
- 0–1 year of professional work experience.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated proactive approach and a strong focus on creating measurable impact.
- Proven track record of achieving results in previous roles or experiences.
- Strong ability to apply first-principle thinking to analyze and solve complex problems.
- Expertise in identifying problems, developing solutions, and capitalizing on opportunities.
