Key Responsibilities:
- Partially manage the sourcing lifecycle by ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and taking necessary actions to drive success.
- Define, develop, plan, and execute effective sourcing strategies to build a pool of qualified talent.
- Evaluate candidate suitability and apply innovative sourcing techniques to generate quality leads.
- Collaborate with business leaders to establish and align goals for the Global Delivery Center.
- Leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate screening, maintain detailed selection criteria, update candidate statuses regularly, and perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Graduate or postgraduate with at least 1 year of experience in direct sourcing and recruitment, preferably in ITES, BPO, FA, or RPO environments.
- Proven ability to build rapport and collaborate with stakeholders across requisition, sourcing, debriefing, and offer stages.
- Skilled in leveraging social media platforms and creative sourcing channels to attract top talent.
- Expertise in stakeholder management, including handling challenging conversations effectively.
- Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition and HR-related domains, with the ability to align recruitment strategies to business objectives and foster innovation.
- Consultative approach with a passion for recruitment and a focus beyond transactional processes.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Ability to analyze complex data effectively, complemented by strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Commitment to enhancing technical skills through continuous learning, including attending workshops and reviewing professional publications.
