Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Science and Engineering
- Perform advanced analytics using Python, SQL, and PySpark with machine learning frameworks.
- Develop predictive models, recommendation systems, and optimization solutions aligned with business needs.
- Manage and preprocess large, complex datasets, implementing efficient pipelines and advanced feature engineering for structured and unstructured data.
- Build MLOps pipelines to support model training, retraining, monitoring, and scalability.
2. Dashboard and Reporting
- Create dashboards, reports, and insights to evaluate the impact of deployed models on business outcomes using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Present results and recommendations to stakeholders, utilizing data storytelling to influence decision-making.
3. Cloud Platform Expertise
- Design and implement end-to-end data science workflows on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP for business-critical projects.
- Utilize cloud-native tools and services (e.g., Databricks, Azure Data Factory, AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, AzureML) to train, deploy, and monitor machine learning models at scale.
4. Generative AI Expertise
- Lead the development of Generative AI-based applications and solutions using frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Drive model evaluation strategies with advanced metrics such as BLEU, ROUGE, and FID, optimizing performance for production-grade applications.
- Architect deployment solutions, including API development and seamless integration with existing systems.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in data science.
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or a related field.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries such as Utilities, Oil & Gas, Mining, Manufacturing, Chemicals, or Forest Products is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark.
- Generative AI Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in developing Generative AI-based applications and solutions.
- Proven experience in deploying Generative AI applications into production.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience working with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Visualization Tools: Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on achieving results.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
