Key Responsibilities:
- Influencing product teams to align with data-driven strategies.
- Providing guidance to Data Science and Analytics Platform teams.
- Partnering closely with data consumers and producers to ensure data assets are of high quality and practical value.
- Strategizing measurement plans, collecting data, and generating actionable insights.
- Supporting efforts to understand and enhance product experience and engagement.
- Optimizing operational efficiency and costs while driving strategic initiatives.
- Defining and managing key performance metrics.
- Implementing logging systems for accurate data tracking.
- Acquiring and ingesting data from various sources.
- Architecting and modeling data to support analysis and reporting.
- Transforming raw data into usable formats.
- Ensuring data quality, governance, and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Creating alerts, visualizations, and reports to communicate data insights effectively.
- Developing scalable solutions and continuously improving efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Python or similar modern programming languages.
- Strong knowledge and experience with SQL and relational databases.
Preferred Skills:
- Post-graduate degree in a STEM field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, physics, econometrics, or computer science) or equivalent work experience, along with 1-2 years of experience in Data Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with the SaaS business model and associated data structures.
- Experience in enterprise software product development.
