Key Responsibilities:

General Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to senior service delivery professionals in the organization.
  • Handle tasks and matters of limited complexity, gaining experience in service desk processes.
  • Participate in achieving critical key measurement targets set for the team.
  • Collaborate with team members on continuous improvement activities and initiatives to enhance operational quality and efficiency.

Grade-Specific Role Overview:

  • Deliver services aligned with the Service Delivery scope to meet specific KPIs.
  • Support the delivery of procurement services to the business.
  • Maintain a proactive working attitude towards the client, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of the stakeholder community within the defined work perimeter.
  • Understand the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process and cross-functional workflows.
  • Build knowledge and experience across multiple domains of expertise.
  • Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Identify, report, and participate in the implementation of process improvements.
