Eligibility Criteria:
- Exclusively for Management Postgraduates from the batch of 2025 from any of the qualification and specializations mentioned below:
- 2 years full-time MBA/MMS/PGDBA/PGDM course with specializations in Marketing/Finance/ Operations/Supply Chain Management/Information Technology/General Management/Business Analytics/Project Management/Human Resources and related disciplines offered by a recognized University/College.
Application Process:
- Step 1. Logon to the TCS Next Step Portal Opens in new tab
- Step 2. Register and Apply for the Drive
- Scenario A. If you are already a registered user in the TCS NextStep Portal, ‘IT’ category, kindly login with your TCS Reference ID (CT/DT reference number) and proceed to complete the Application Form. Upon submission, kindly click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
- Scenario B. If you are a new user, kindly click on Register Now, choose category as “IT” and proceed to fill your details. Submit your Application Form and click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
- Step 3. Select your mode of test (In-Centre) and choose your preferred test center & then click on Apply.
- Step 4. To confirm your status, check “Track Your Application“. The status should reflect as “Applied For Drive”.
Important Note:
- This is an In-center test and center allotment would be on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- You must have all your original academic documents till date, to be submitted at the time of the Interview (if test shortlisted).
- Communication related to the test will be informed to you by TCS iON – our test partner.
