Key Responsibilities:
- Understand low-complexity business requirements and translate them into code.
- Actively participate and collaborate in meetings, agile ceremonies, and interactions with other technology groups.
- Interpret existing code and resolve problems based on established practices and standards.
- Engage in the code review process for learning and skill enhancement.
- Address incidents identified by the continuous code quality inspection tool.
- Work with moderate guidance and review to complete assigned activities.
- Execute tasks based on provided designs.
- Provide technical support to operations or other development teams when required.
- Create and maintain all technical documentation and manuals for assigned components to ensure supportability.
- Propose problem solutions or software enhancements for review by senior developers.
- Implement solutions as directed, adhering to established standards.
- Participate in project planning sessions to analyze requirements, provide design options, and deliver work breakdown and effort estimates.
- Provide status updates for assigned tasks within projects.
- Attend and contribute to internal team and status meetings.
- Develop software following disciplined processes, adhering to team standards, software best practices, and corporate policies.
- Explain complex issues and seek agreement as necessary.
- Assist the support team in resolving customer issues and providing remote access support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with customers.

- Possess knowledge of business rules related to the company’s products.
