Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members across different time zones to coordinate and align QA efforts effectively.
- Write and execute automation tests to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Contribute to the release process of Infor Design, emphasizing continuous deployment practices.
- Partner with developers, product managers, and designers to identify and address potential blockers.
- Support the adoption and enhancement of best practices, methodologies, and tools to achieve quality coverage objectives.
- Implement and execute testing strategies to ensure product reliability and optimal performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Extensive hands-on experience in QA and test automation.
- Demonstrated ability to write and execute automation tests as part of QA processes.
- Experience in defining the technical direction for test automation and continuous integration initiatives.
- Strong expertise in implementing metrics to assess and measure software quality.
- Proficiency in Accessibility testing, including tools and automation techniques.
- Comprehensive experience in developing and executing test automation strategies for unit, functional, and integration testing.
- Ability to execute automated test suites and effectively troubleshoot test failures.
Preferred Skills:
- Advanced expertise in Accessibility testing and adherence to accessibility standards.
- Experience with backend programming.
