Key Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in developing core features of the enterprise SaaS product.
- Code, unit test, implement, and maintain new and existing modules and applications.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) engineers during the testing process to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Consider long-term architectural and performance strategies when designing and coding solutions.
- Enhance product quality and customer satisfaction by identifying and reducing customer-reported defects.
- Provide technical and functional guidance to the team when required.
- Work collaboratively within a project team to optimize the performance of complex software systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with cloud operations, customer support, quality assurance, and other teams as necessary to achieve project goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in enterprise software development.
- Strong understanding of development and design principles in ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, .NET Core.
- Proficient in client-side frameworks such as ReactJS, jQuery, AngularJS, and JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of database fundamentals in MS SQL 2017, with exposure to NoSQL databases like Cassandra or MongoDB.
- Familiarity with event-driven frameworks such as Kafka.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in object-oriented design principles.
- Exceptional debugging skills and experience in troubleshooting customer-reported issues.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, Agile work environment, delivering incremental and frequent value.
- Committed to writing unit tests and developing automated testing for functionality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships.
- Passionate about creating innovative, high-quality, high-performance, and highly available software solutions.
- Capable of mentoring junior engineers through pairing, coaching, and knowledge sharing.
