Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze client inquiries, conduct thorough research, and provide effective solutions.
- Deliver professional, timely, and high-quality support for customer queries.
- Achieve productivity and timeliness targets as expected.
- Ensure quality responses to client queries with a “right the first time” approach.
- Escalate any issues that may impact business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
- Contribute to process improvements by conducting root cause analysis (RCA).
- Reduce client inquiries by creating knowledge base (KB) articles and identifying patterns in client questions.
- Take full ownership of client queries, collaborating with multiple teams to resolve them.
- Manage the workflow of client inquiries independently and efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the overall client experience proactively.
- Provide suggestions for improving procedures and audit processes.
- Participate in training and mentoring activities to enhance knowledge of processes and procedures.
- Assist in ongoing projects and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring adherence to timeliness, accuracy, and quality standards.
- Act as a customer advocate by reporting key insights and trends in client interactions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and support teams to foster community and information sharing.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in finance, or an MBA.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and analysis tasks.
- Expertise in at least one technical skill (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau) with a proven ability to use it for reporting, analysis, or related functions.
